Stratos Consulting was founded with a mindset shaped by ambition, structure, and big-picture thinking.
Our founder originally set out to pursue a career as a business manager at the Canadian Space Agency, drawn to the challenge of managing complex systems, high-stakes decisions, and mission-critical strategy. While that path didn’t unfold as planned, it sparked something more impactful—the realization that the same level of strategic thinking and analytical rigor was missing in many growing businesses.
